This album was released in 1993 for the first time.
This was long before the terms Irish-punk and Celtic-punk with distortion guitar exists.
This is straight in the vein of Pogues, Men They Couldn’t Hang and Dubliners.

In 1990 the brothers Peter and Patrick Heurlin get the band The Bramleys together.

Peter found Ed, an Irishman in Sweden, drunk and singing behind their couch together with a friend in Peter’s apartment in Malmö, Sweden. Patrik and Anders had previously been playing together in Nasty Nutez. Richard and Alexander were old buddies to the band.
And the band was born…

1992-1995 The Bramleys toured a lot in Sweden, the craving for Irish folk rock grew fast.

Earlier, the scene most consisted of the troubadours, but now came The Bramleys and poured a bucket of kerosene on the glow that was about to go out.

BANG !!!!!!! Parties, pubs, Guinness, St. Patrick’s Day, gigs and private events.

1995 The Bramleys came to an end.

Alexander was the one who continued to play music, he ended up in David and the Citizens.
